We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative with strong experience in driving business growth within the manufacturing and fabrication industry in Guelph, ON region.
Pay

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling and outbound outreach to generate new leads and business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with recent and existing clients
- Travel across Canada to meet clients, present solutions, and close sales
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Requirements
- 3–5 years of outside sales experience in manufacturing, machining, or fabrication industry
- Proven track record in cold calling and lead generation
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Canada
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Valid driver’s license
