Huron-Superior Catholic District School Board is hiring a K-8 Indigenous Transitions Coach to provide intensive supports to Indigenous learners as they transition into and out of elementary school. The successful candidate will build robust relationships with Indigenous students, families, and childcare centres to support transitions and improve engagement and well-being.
Preference will be given to candidates who self-identify as Indigenous.
