Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Tasks: Authorize return of merchandise. Sell merchandise. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervise office and volunteer staff.

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.

Support for youths

• Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth


• Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth


• Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work workplace for youth
