Support Services Manager, CSNM

Location: Lethbridge, Alberta
Salary: $34 to 36 per hour+ comprehensive benefits
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours/week

Join a welcoming senior care home in Lethbridge as our Support Services Manager, CSNM. Lead essential non-clinical departments including dietary, housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance to ensure a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment for residents.

Key Support Service ManagerResponsibilities:

- SSM, CSNM overseesaily operations, staff scheduling, and performance management
- Support Services Manager ensuresfull compliance with food safety, infection control, and sanitation standards
- SSM, CSNM managesbudgets encompassing food costs, supplies, and equipment maintenance
- Support Services Manager leadsrecruitment, training, and performance reviews aligned with labor agreements
- SSM, CSNM worksclosely with nursing and administration to address resident needs and satisfaction




- Support Services Manager maintains emergency preparedness protocols and building safety

Qualifications:

- Post-secondary education in Food and Nutrition Management, Hospitality, or related field
- Certified Canadian Society of Nutrition Management (CSNM) member
- 2–5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in healthcare or long-term care
- Solid understanding of infection control, OH&S; legislation, financial management, and conflict resolution
