What they are looking for

- Restaurant management experience
- JHSC Certification and/or Health & Safety Supervisor Certificate required
- Positive, friendly personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Ability to follow Harvey’s standards, food safety regulations, and Health & Safety policies
- Strong multitasking and team coordination skills
- 1–2 years of leadership experience

Job Responsibilities

- Oversee all restaurant operations
- Ensure guests have a excellent experience while following Harvey’s systems and standards
- Manage costs, sales, and overall profit & loss to support profitability
- Coach, train, and support staff through ongoing development
- Handle operational issues using sound judgement and company policies
- Lead with energy and enthusiasm to deliver great food and service
