Job Description

Under the superintendent’s supervision, the foreman manages all activities related to the execution of construction work.

Responsibilities

- Supervise the work team




- Ensure quality of work and timely delivery
- Prepare and plan necessary material resources
- Implement and enforce health and safety policies
- Participate in site meetings
- Complete work logs and quantify work done

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction trade
- Knowledge of construction laws
- Good understanding of equipment, standards, and work methods
