- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break)
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (optional)
- Sunday: Off
Tasks:
- Respond to emergency calls and perform urgent repairs
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on properties
- Perform carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks as needed
- Communicate with clients and property managers
- Complete tasks and reports as assigned
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as a handyman or maintenance technician
- Relevant trade certifications or qualifications
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills
- Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 25kg
