Fraser Valley Specialty Poultry (FVSP) is a vertically integrated specialty poultry company that prides itself on Food Safety, Quality, Teamwork, Integrity, and Growth. We’re hiring a dependable Jr Shipper for our Forge Pl distribution warehouse. Fraser Valley Specialty Poultry is looking for someone who is high-energy and motivated.

What you’ll do

- Rotation of all jobs on the evisceration line
- Cutting of raw poultry to CFIA standards
- Removing of inedible parts
- Trimming and salvaging of poultry
- Handling of raw poultry in preparation for packaging
- Maintain and adhere to all company policies and SOP's
- Adhere to all HACCP and WorkSafeBC requirements
- Help in other departments as required

Who we’re looking for

- Able to lift and move product (up to approximately 25 kg / 55 lbs).




- Forklift license preferred but not required; training provided for committed hires.

Relevant Experience: Any sort of food processing experience, forklift ticket, air ticket, WHMIS, food safe and first aid are all assets to this position but not required.
