As Supervisor, Lift Station Operations, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for the safe and reliable movement of wastewater and stormwater throughout the city. You will oversee operations, maintenance, regulatory compliance, and staff development while driving continuous improvement and ensuring critical services are delivered efficiently to support our growing community.

What You Bring

- Extensive experience in wastewater or stormwater operations and team leadership
- Strong knowledge of lift stations, pumping systems, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to plan resources, manage priorities, and support employee growth
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and decision making skills
