Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Injector specialized in administering Botox and dermal fillers to join our medical team. The Nurse Injector will be responsible for performing cosmetic injections, providing patient consultations, and ensuring exceptional patient care throughout the process. This role requires a strong understanding of facial anatomy, excellent injection technique, and a commitment to delivering natural-looking results while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform cosmetic injections including Botox, Dysport, and various dermal fillers such as Juvederm, Restylane, and others.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to understand their aesthetic goals, medical history, and expectations.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs, ensuring optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatment details, product usage, and follow-up appointments.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices related to cosmetic injections and facial rejuvenation procedures.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions, potential side effects, and realistic expectations.
- Collaborate with other medical professionals, including physicians and aestheticians, to deliver comprehensive care and achieve desired results.
- Uphold the highest standards of infection control, safety protocols,



and ethical practices in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Provide compassionate support to patients throughout their treatment journey, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Continuously assess and improve injection techniques, staying updated on advanced training opportunities and certifications.

Qualifications

- Valid nursing license (RN, RPN, or NP) in the province of Ontario.
- Certification in cosmetic injectables, such as Botox and dermal fillers, from a recognized training program.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in cosmetic nursing, preferably with a focus on injectables.
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy, muscle dynamics, and aging processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with patients.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality results and patient satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and patient needs in a rapid-paced clinical setting.
