Based in Oakville, ON, in a hybrid work setting, you will oversee the backlog for one or more SAFe delivery teams. Your role will include translating prioritized initiatives into technical user stories and using AI tools to expedite the ticketing process effectively. Strong judgment in compliance constraints and requirements is key to ensuring quality outcomes.

• Develop clear, actionable stories for technical teams
• Author compliance-driven user stories with AI assistance
• Maintain and manage backlog consistently
• Collaborate with cross-team partners to reduce risks
• Present work outcomes during System Demos
Requirements:
• Procurement or technical experience required
• Strong written communication skills necessary
• Familiarity with using AI tools in product management
• Exposure to React and SQL advantageous
• Background in compliance-heavy industries preferred
