This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a structured and safety-driven workplace.Your RoleReporting to the Plant Manager, you'll be responsible for leading day-to-day production activities, ensuring efficiency, product quality, and safety compliance across your lines.Main responsibilities include:* Lead and motivate your production team to meet performance and quality goals; * Plan, organize, and control daily production operations; * Promote a strongsafety culture and actively participate in the plant's H&S initiatives; * Ensure compliance withfood safety and quality standards (GMP, traceability, CCPs, metal detectors, documentation, etc.); * Investigate and resolve non-conformities to maintain product integrity; * Conduct team meetings to communicate goals, expectations,



and results; * Support employeetraining and professional development; * Drive productivity improvements and waste reduction through continuous improvement initiatives; * Collaborate closely with other shifts to ensure smooth operational transitions; * Track performance indicators and coordinate with maintenance on equipment issues.Your Profile* 3-5 years of experience in production supervision or team management; * Degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or equivalent experience; * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; * Analytical mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities; * Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approach; * Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Working Conditions* Salary range: $75,000-$95,000, depending on experience; * Day shift in a modern,food-safe facility; * Stable and growing company with a strong brand reputation; Competitive benefits andopportunities for career growth
