In this position, you'll assist in managing a licensed 90-space early learning center tailored for infants to preschool-aged children. Robust leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are pivotal. Your experience in Early Childhood Education and knowledge of Métis culture will enrich the community and classroom experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations, budgeting, and staff scheduling
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment for team members
• Ensure implementation of the Métis Curriculum and exploratory learning
• Collaborate with MN–S Childcare Coordinator for updates
• Build relationships with families through clear communication
Requirements:
• Early Childhood Education Level 3 certification
• 2 years of supervisory experience with 10-15+ staff
• Knowledge of Métis culture and community interactions
• CPR-C and First Aid certification
• Valid Saskatchewan driver's license
