As a Welding Technician, you will be key in ensuring robotic welding cells and equipment operate efficiently within automotive manufacturing. Your responsibilities include preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and minimizing downtime. Collaborating with multiple teams, you will help maintain high-quality and safety standards while meeting production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and troubleshoot robotic welding cells and related equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on welding systems
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment issues




• Support programming adjustments and robot teach pendant operations
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and support production
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in robotic welding equipment
• Strong understanding of MIG/MAG and resistance spot welding
• Experience troubleshooting automated production equipment
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic diagrams
• Knowledge of PLC systems and industrial automation
