We are partnering with a well-established, national organization to recruit an HR Generalist to support an employee population of approximately 400 employees within a single facility. This is a hands-on, true generalist role that serves as a trusted resource for leaders and employees in office. The HR Generalist will play a key role in employee relations, investigations, onboarding and offboarding, HR programs, training, and day-to-day people support. What you will be doing Act as the primary point of contact for employee and labour relations matters within the facility, including performance management, attendance, disability management, workplace investigations, and employee exits Conduct and support workplace investigations, ensuring timely, fair, and compliant outcomes Respond to and resolve employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures,



and programs Build strong working relationships with on-site leadership to align HR solutions with operational and business needs Deliver HR training and coaching, including performance management and progressive discipline Lead onboarding and orientation for new hires to support a positive and consistent employee experience What you bring 3 to 4 years of progressive experience in a generalist HR role Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field CHRP designation is preferred Strong working knowledge of Canadian employment legislation and employee relations best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and partner with leaders Compensation and benefits Base salary range of $65,000 to $85,000 Comprehensive benefits package Paid vacation This organization offers a collaborative on-site culture, strong leadership, opportunities for career development, and a reputation as a top employer.
