Support children and youth's wellness as a Wellness Systems Navigator with FNHA in Northern BC. This hybrid role connects individuals to vital health services and promotes culturally appropriate care.
As a Wellness Systems Navigator focused on Family, Children & Youth, you will serve those with complex care needs. You will guide clients through the health and social services landscape, encourage collaboration among service providers, and facilitate health workshops. Your role emphasizes Indigenous health approaches and enhancing local healthcare staff capacities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate for children and youth within health systems
• Connect clients to culturally appropriate health resources
• Facilitate workshops on substance use and mental health




• Support integrated care solutions across the region
• Maintain essential data and reporting systems
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in health-related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Aboriginal communities
• Solid familiarity with First Nations health practices
• Skilled in case coordination or management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Utilize your skills in advocacy and health navigation to improve outcomes for children and youth in Northern BC.
