Mechanical Service Technician – Team Leader

Field based covering a London/South East patch. Ideally based in West London.

Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 plus van, overtime and private medical insurance.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 – 16:30, with occasional Saturdays once a month; overtime paid at 1.5x.

Company: We are part of a larger group that specialises in hire installations, service and maintenance for suspended access and fall protection equipment used in the construction and building maintenance industries. Role Overview

This role is a permanent, full‑time, field based position, involving hands‑on maintenance and installation of fall protection equipment, client liaison and mentoring junior team members.





- Maintain and install fall protection equipment in and around London/South East.
- Hands‑on maintenance and installation tasks.
- Client liaison and communication.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Occasional Saturday work once a month.

Key Requirements

- Mechanical engineering background in a client‑facing role.
- Team‑leading experience.
- Reside in or around London.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Comfortable and experienced working at heights.
