The Role: NorthCo is hiring a Siding Laborer to join our growing team! This is a full time, hands‑on role for someone who shows up ready to work, takes direction well, and takes pride in keeping a tight, clean jobsite. If you've got a background in construction or exterior work, you'll fit right in.
We're looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and coachable — someone who wants to be part of a crew that does things the right way. You'll be working alongside experienced tradespeople who hold each other accountable and take the finished product seriously.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist the Crew Chief and team with daily siding operations
- Prepare and maintain clean, organized worksites throughout each project
- Handle material pick‑ups and deliveries between sites and suppliers
- Perform material cuts and retrieve tools and equipment as needed
- Work safely at heights from a lift or staging
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times
- Post clear, relevant daily logs in BuilderTrend (our job tracking software — used to log work and keep everyone aligned)

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is an asset
- Comfortable working at heights from a lift or staging
- Ability to lift heavy materials and handle physically demanding work
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude
- Able to take direction and work effectively as part of a crew
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Respectful of clients' properties and always maintains a professional presence on site
