Role description
Cloud AWS Snowflake Platform program Manager responsible for driving strategy delivery and governance of services cloud data platforms across AWS and Snowflake environments. Leads platform roadmap for scalable, secure, and cost‑efficient data solutions supporting analytics, regulatory reporting, and business growth. Partners with architecture, engineering, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to define platform capabilities including data ingestion, storage, transformation, governance, observability, and self‑service analytics. Oversees AWS services integration such as S3, Lambda, IAM, EC2, Glue, and networking alongside Snowflake features including data sharing, security, performance optimization, replication, and workload management. Drives platform adoption, standards, operating models, and best practices for multitenant data environments while ensuring compliance with enterprise controls and regulatory requirements. Manages vendor relationships, budget planning, capacity forecasting, and platform modernization initiatives including migration from legacy on‑prem systems to cloud‑native architecture. Focuses on improving developer experience, operational efficiency, and business value realization through automation, data quality, and platform reliability. Acts as the bridge between product vision and technical execution ensuring measurable outcomes and long‑term platform scalability.

Benefits
Compensation range: $110,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
