DAY IN THE LIFE:

- Support quarterly and annual external financial statements and coordinate with external auditors.
- Oversee SOX 404 compliance, including control design, testing,



and remediation with process owners.
- Strengthen internal controls and processes to ensure financial reporting integrity and management certification.
- Partner with IT and business leaders to execute internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR).
- Lead complex accounting analyses, IFRS implementations, and legal entity reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

- CPA designation with 3–5 years of public accounting experience, including consolidations and IFRS expertise
- Strong knowledge of SOX compliance, internal controls (COSO), and risk management practices
- Experienced in public company reporting, securities filings, and familiar with SAP/BPC systems
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively under tight deadlines
- Support audits, conduct accounting research, and contribute to accurate quarter- and year-end reporting
