What You’ll Do

- Plan, organize, and evaluate daily restaurant operations
- Monitor revenues and analyze budget to boost profitability
- Adjust food preparation methods and menu pricing to meet budget goals
- Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching
- Balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Cost products and services; organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Negotiate supply arrangements with food and product vendors
- Negotiate with clients for catering or facility rental
- Support marketing plans and help implement promotional activities




- Address customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

- 3 to 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry
- A valid Safe Food Handling Certificate and/or Food Safety Certificate
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- A client-focused mindset and a commitment to quality service
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends
- Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Experience working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
