Our services include therapy and psychological assessments, and we partner with organizations to make mental health support more accessible for their teams.
As a mental health technology company, we’ve built our own electronic health record and client platform to create a more connected therapy experience. From matching therapists and managing appointments to accessing resources and tracking progress, every part of the client journey is designed to work together—helping therapists spend less time navigating systems and more time focused on client care.
We’re looking for Registered Provisional Psychologists to join our DiveThru Crew!

Your General Responsibilities
- Provide evidenced‑based,
culturally responsive and trauma‑informed counselling to populations you are specialized and interested in working with (e.g., children, teens, adults, couples, families, group)
- Integrate DiveThru app features (e.g., booking portal, clinically validated measures, entering tasks to work on outside of session). Training will be provided
- Attend team meetings, case consultations and professional development sessions to ensure a collaborative work environment and strive for quality care
- Commit to DiveThru’s clinical values: person‑centred care, cultural sensitivity, a feedback‑informed approach, and compassion and empathy in your interactions
Your Skills
- Clinical training in evidence‑based approaches such as CBT, DBT, SBFT, ACT, EMDR, EFT, ERP, Gottman method, etc.
- Excellent oral and communication skills
- Strong understanding and adherence to professional ethics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
Required
- Experience providing individual therapy to children, teens and/or adults; experience providing couples, family and/or group therapy is an asset
- Registration and in positive standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists
- Professional liability insurance, including cyber liability
- Completed a Masters or Doctoral degree in Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology or School and Clinical Child Psychology
- Strong understanding and adherence to professional ethics
- See a minimum of 15 clients a week in‑person AND virtually
- An external supervisor is required for Provisional Psychologists
Salary
The rate of this contract will be $117.50 per session.
