Main responsibility:
Directs and manages the daily work activities of the SPA Department by focusing on customer satisfaction as its top priority, followed by operational efficiency, and marketing strategies that attract and retain clients thus ensuring profitability and success.
- Ensures excellence in the customer experience under direct monitoring of the scheduling,
facility maintenance and set protocol requirements on cleanliness of the business area.
- Controls and keeps tracks of cumulative spending and makes operational modifications to account for potential future variations.
- Takes on a leadership role in setting supervisor and staff objectives, monitoring performance, and controlling work resources.
Experience:
Significant experience as a manager of a spa department preferably in the private sector.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; asset: certification in a spa domain
