The Centre for Human Flourishing (CHF) at Concordia University is seeking a Research Assistant to support the qualitative data analysis for the SSHRC-funded study “Flourishing Through Technological Change: AI Capability-Building as a Human Systems Challenge in the Nonprofit Sector.” The study is a bounded cooperative inquiry examining how non-technical nonprofit professionals experience the transition from using AI to building AI workflows, and the confidence, professional identity, and ethical dimensions of that transition. Working under the functional supervision of the Co-Investigator and reporting to the Principal Investigator, the Research Assistant will contribute to the analysis of the studys qualitative and quantitative material and to the preparation of its research outputs. The position begins as the programs data-collection phase concludes and runs through the primary analysis and writing period.
