We're looking for a skilled, reliable Baker to join our bakery team in Gibsons. You'll handle full-day production - from mixing to baking - while helping us deliver high-quality baked goods customers love.

What You'll Do

- Produce consistent, high-quality breads and pastries
- Run daily production (mixing, scaling, shaping, baking) and meet timelines
- Maintain quality standards and troubleshoot product issues
- Assist with ingredient ordering and inventory
- Keep the bakery clean, safe, and well organized
- Support and mentor junior staff
- Help develop and test new products

What We're Looking For

- 3 years' equivalent experience (additional premium for Red Seal baker certification!)
- Strong production baking skills and attention to detail




- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work on your feet
- Team-oriented, dependable, and positive attitude
