Cloud Metric Inc. in Ottawa is seeking an Account Manager to own the client experience across Ottawa-area accounts—from onboarding through long-term partnerships. This client-facing role will require work from home with three or more on-site days per week, and periodic visits to our Kingston head office.
You will coordinate with the technical team, manage onboarding plans, drive client success and retention, and grow accounts through proactive relationship management and service optimization.
