Evaluation and Recommendation for new technologies and updating versions of existing ones. Environment management and layout design. Unified Development environment (Developers systems as well as servers) Continuous Integrations Building/maintaining Providing guidelines to the development team. Should have experience in clear case, SVN Solid competency in design OO pattern and enterprise integration patterns. Troubleshooting of atypical problems. Qualifications
