1. Conduct classification, sorting and review of HS codes for new and existing products in compliance with local Canadian customs clearance requirements and policies.
2. Keep abreast of Canadian customs policies and regulatory requirements; organize and review overseas import certifications for products.
3. Drive system optimization of customs-related commodity data.
4. Manage daily cross-border customs clearance work; communicate, coordinate and resolve inspection issues arising during overseas customs clearance.
5. Provide customs support for various company cross-border e-commerce projects, including customs procedures within reverse logistics. Design optimized customs workflows to improve cost efficiency and transit timelines.
6. Offer qualified customs consultation, and deliver customs-related training for internal departments.
Job Requirements
1. Familiar with customs clearance procedures and policies of Canadian ports, proficient in HS code classification.
2. Well-versed in the clearance characteristics of cross-border e-commerce goods.
3. Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in International Trade, Logistics Management, Customs Declaration or related fields; fluent English communication skills.

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience; candidates with cross-border e-commerce industry background are highly preferred.
