- Champion the seamless management and optimization of HR systems, ensuring flawless data accuracy, swift troubleshooting, and full compliance

- Partner with HR and finance to uncover automation opportunities and elevate system capabilities

HR Operations & Employee Experience

Key Qualifications

- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is a strong asset
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on HRIS experience
- Proficient with Google Suite and strong overall computer literacy
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP, Workday, Dayforce, SAP (Success Factor) and/or UKG is highly desirable

Workplace Setting

- Hybrid model: 3 days in‑office, 2 days remote
- Position can be based in either Calgary or Mississauga office
