Reporting to the PP&C; Manager, this role requires expertise in project management and experience in planning and scheduling. You will develop and update a Performance Measurement Baseline to ensure accurate cost and scheduling analysis. Offer insights that promote effective decision-making and risk mitigation while collaborating with program managers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Program Manager for schedule integration
• Develop Work Breakdown Structures and Cost Accounts
• Maintain and update the Performance Measurement Baseline




• Conduct program procurement and risk assessments
• Provide variance analysis and performance indexes
Requirements:
• Graduate in Business, Engineering, Finance or Mathematics
• Minimum 2 years in planner/scheduler role or equivalent
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and MS Excel
• Security clearance at Reliability status level
