Job Responsibilities

- Conduct classification, sorting and review of HS codes for current and existing products in compliance with local Canadian customs clearance requirements and policies.
- Keep abreast of Canadian customs policies and regulatory requirements; organize and review overseas import certifications for products.
- Drive system optimization of customs-related commodity data.
- Manage daily cross-border customs clearance work; communicate, coordinate and resolve inspection issues arising during overseas customs clearance.
- Provide customs support for various company cross-border e-commerce projects, including customs procedures within reverse logistics. Design optimized customs workflows to improve cost efficiency and transit timelines.
- Offer professional customs consultation, and deliver customs-related training for internal departments.

Job Requirements

- Familiar with customs clearance procedures and policies of Canadian ports, proficient in HS code classification.
- Well-versed in the clearance characteristics of cross-border e-commerce goods.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in International Trade, Logistics Management, Customs Declaration or related fields; fluent English communication skills.




- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience; candidates with cross-border e-commerce industry background are highly preferred.

- 了解当地的国的海关政策、监管条件，负责产品海外进口认证梳理和审核；
- 负责商品关务数据的系统优化；
- 负责日常跨境清关环节与关务相关工作，包括海外通关环节碰到的查验问题的沟通、协调与解决；
- 根据公司不同项目提供跨境电商关务支持，包括逆向物流流程中关务相关环节，设计合理的关务流程，优化成本和时效；
- 负责提供关于关务知识的咨询与解答，提供跨部门关务相关培训等事宜；

岗位要求：

- 熟悉当地等海外口岸清关流程和政策，擅长商品HS编码归类；
- 熟悉跨境电商产品通关特点；
- 本科以上学历，国际贸易、物流管理、报关等相关专业，英文流利；
- 三年以上相关工作经验，（具备跨境行业相关工作经历尤佳）
