What You'll Do:
- Assist with butchery operations including trimming and portioning beef to specification
- Collaborate with the Chef team to maintain kitchen organization, efficiency, and quality standards
- Manage food records, minimize waste,
and ensure proper food storage
- Enforce sanitary practices, maintain kitchen and butchery equipment, and ensure compliance with regulations
What You Have:
- 1–2 years of culinary or butchery experience
- Butchery certification is an asset
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and an understanding of effective communication and workplace culture
- Flexible schedule
- A valid driver’s license is considered an asset, but not required
