We operate out of various provinces such as ON, MB, QC, NS and NFLD, with our Toronto facility being the largest.RESPONSIBILITIESMaximize productivity by effectively allocating available resources to successfully process the daily work volume Perform various system data management tasks, including snag processing.Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve process and system failuresManage labour requirements to support all business needsEnsuring the unionized hourly team achieves its daily CSS’s and KPI’sUpdate various weekly and daily data reportsAssist and communicate with Client Contact Center and Internal Departments to ensure that orders and communications are resolvedSafety focused with a demonstrated focus on Health & Safety practices,
