About the Opportunity We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Marketing Automation Senior Specialist with strong experience in Adobe Marketo Engage to join our dynamic Marketing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing automated marketing programs while partnering closely with marketing stakeholders and leaders to define, solution, and prioritize scalable marketing automation strategies.

You will play a key role in evolving our marketing automation architecture, optimizing systems, and enabling business growth, while supporting the transition of executional work to offshore resources.

What You'll Get to Do Strategic Marketing Partnership

Partner with marketing stakeholders and leaders to identify business needs, translate requirements, and design scalable marketing automation solutions.

Act as a trusted advisor to marketing teams on campaign strategy, lifecycle design, and marketing automation best practices.

Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize initiatives and align on the roadmap for marketing automation capabilities.

Lead discovery sessions to identify opportunities for optimization, personalization, and improved customer journeys.

Design and maintain scalable Marketo architecture, including program templates, data structures, and workflows.

Drive continuous improvement of systems, integrations, and processes across the marketing technology stack, including Salesforce and webinar platforms.

Own and optimize lead management frameworks, including lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle models.

Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance across marketing systems.





Execution Oversight & Enablement

Oversee campaign execution delivered by offshore teams, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to established standards.

Develop and maintain documentation, best practices, and enablement materials.

Provide guidance and quality assurance support for campaign builds, workflows, and testing.

Performance & Innovation

Monitor campaign and program performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Stay current on Adobe Marketo Engage and marketing technology trends, identifying opportunities to improve capabilities and operational efficiency.

Skills and Experience We Value

University degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Three to five or more years of marketing automation experience with strong expertise in Adobe Marketo Engage and Salesforce.

Proven experience partnering with marketing stakeholders to define business requirements and deliver scalable marketing automation solutions.

Strong understanding of marketing automation architecture, data models, and system integrations, including Salesforce.

Experience with campaign lifecycle design, lead management, and personalization strategies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Solid organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.

What Would Make You Stand Out

Adobe Engage Business Practitioner Certification, Marketo Certified Expert (MCE), Salesforce, Instapage, or Demandbase expertise.

Experience designing and scaling global marketing automation frameworks.

Background in marketing technology strategy, system optimization, or digital transformation initiatives.





Experience working with offshore or distributed delivery teams.

Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
