Join the Children’s Home Care team within Assisted Living Alberta, where your expertise as a Registered Nurse will positively impact pediatric clients facing medical and developmental challenges. You will apply your critical thinking in nursing processes while coaching families, assessing needs, developing care plans, and fostering collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing services to families and children
• Serve as both Case Manager and hands-on caregiver
• Develop tailored care plans with families and specialists




• Conduct ongoing assessments of client needs
• Advocate for patient-centered care in multiple settings
Requirements:
• Accredited nursing education program completed
• Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience
• Ability to lift medical supplies and manage workload independently
