Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; Senior Finance Consultant
BDO Digital is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; Senior Finance Consultant to join our growing practice in Calgary, Vancouver or Toronto. This new role offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to external customers and BDO project teams in support of client ERP implementations
- Lead consultant on larger projects with multiple consultants, mentoring and guiding other consultants
- Analyze customer business needs and objectives and provide in‑depth application expertise in targeted business areas
- Streamline customer business processes to achieve greater ROI within the context of the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations suite
- Provide training to client staff to perform day‑to‑day activities in support of ERP implementations

Experience and Education
- Minimum 3+ years of consulting experience with Dynamics 365 F&O;,
strong expertise in Finance functional area and relevant modules
- Full cycle ERP implementation experience with comprehensive understanding of ERP applications
- Knowledge of one or more additional functional areas such as Trade & Logistics, Sales or Talent/Human Resources is preferred
- Dynamics 365 F&O;/AX certifications in relevant business disciplines are considered
- Experience working with ISVs
- Extensive functional knowledge in finance (General Ledger, accounts payable & receivable, fixed assets, multi‑currency management, multi‑business management)
- Knowledge of Budgeting, Project Budgeting and Project Accounting
- Process analysis, redesign, and documentation experience
- Functional design, configuration, and process alignment with deep understanding of financial system concepts and general module functionality
- Self‑motivated, articulate, and able to inspire audiences
