Baycrest Hospital is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for its Complex Continuing Care unit. This role involves delivering patient-centered care, planning nursing interventions, and participating in the educational development of future nurses. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide client-centered care throughout the patient journey
• Assess and evaluate nursing interventions and treatments
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
• Instruct and mentor nursing students and staff
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Level C certificate
• BScN preferred
• Experience in palliative care is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
