As part of the Financial Planning and Analysis team, you will report to the Financial Controller. Your role integrates finance with a business partnership approach, facilitating the monthly close process and providing critical analysis to the Merchant Sales leadership team. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee month-end close processes and financial reporting • Analyze sales performance and identify profitability trends • Create detailed monthly reports on business performance • Monitor key operational metrics and suggest performance actions • Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and analysis
Requirements: • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred • 5-8 years of relevant finance experience • Expertise in financial modeling and Excel • Experience with reporting tools like Oracle BI is a plus • Robust stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
