DUTIES
- To assess and plan patients programs and provide treatment as required.
- To educate patients/members re: prevention of injury and disease management.
- To document all patient assessments, treatments, progress and discharge notes.
- To maintain and develop co-operative liaison with physicians and other members of the health team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- B. Sc. or M.P.T. in Physiotherapy.
- Experience in manual therapy and outpatient services preferred.
- S.C.P.T. registration required.
- C.P.A. membership recommended.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills and applications.
- Must have knowledge of and compatibility with the philosophy of CHSA.
- A valid Criminal Record Check is required.
