Schedule & Availability

- Must be available for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Hours of Operation:
- Sunday: 10am–7pm
- Monday–Saturday: 9am–8pm

- High‑volume, fast‑paced environment where shifts stay busy and engaging

What You’ll Do

- Create a warm, welcoming guest experience from check‑in to check‑out
- Confidently recommend upgrades and drive membership and sales performance
- Book, adjust, and manage appointments accurately in a rapid‑paced system
- Handle guest payments and transactions with attention to detail
- Maintain boutique standards before, during, and after shifts




- Support team members and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care

What We’re Looking For

- Strong sales mindset with confidence recommending services and upgrades
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and guest‑focused personality
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills
- Team player who contributes to a positive work culture
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred, not required
