Key Responsibilities:



• Support clinical and non-clinical managers with guidance • Facilitate a comprehensive manager knowledge network • Strengthen consultative relationships for leadership development • Create a mentorship-focused infrastructure for feedback • Evaluate systemic gaps to drive retention strategies

Requirements: • Relevant Masters’ Degree essential • At least ten years of leadership experience required • Clinical Manager experience at VCH preferred • Understanding of equity and inclusion principles necessary • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
