- The expected base salary range for this position is $70/Hr - $73/Hr , depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.

About the Opportunity:

- We are seeking a Director, Organizational Effectiveness to join the Organizational Effectiveness team within Human Resources. This individual will support a large-scale Workforce Transformation program that is already underway, providing strategic organizational effectiveness expertise across Organizational Design, Change Management, and Workforce Transformation.
- The successful candidate will partner closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), business leaders, and senior stakeholders to understand organizational challenges, facilitate organizational design conversations, and recommend practical solutions that align people, structure, and business strategy.
- This role is ideal for an experienced Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management, Workforce Transformation, Organizational Design, or Management Consulting professional who is comfortable operating in complex environments and advising stakeholders at the Director level.

What You Will Do:

Organizational Design & Workforce Transformation

- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to understand organizational and workforce challenges.
- Lead and support organizational design discussions related to organizational structures, operating models, roles, responsibilities, and ways of working.
- Advise business leaders on organizational design options and recommend solutions aligned with business strategy.
- Support workforce transformation initiatives and help organizations transition from current-state to future-state operating models.
- Assess organizational effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve structures, processes, capabilities, and ways of working.




- Translate complex organizational challenges into clear recommendations and actionable solutions.

Change Management:

- Provide end-to-end change management expertise across workforce transformation initiatives.
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support organizational transitions.
- Advise HRBPs and business leaders on stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption, and change readiness.
- Support leaders in navigating organizational change and driving sustainable behavioural shifts.
- Identify stakeholder impacts and potential barriers to successful transformation.
- Help HR teams and business leaders effectively manage the transition from current state to future state.

HRBP & Senior Stakeholder Advisory:

- Work closely with HR Business Partners to understand business problems and determine appropriate organizational effectiveness interventions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HRBPs and business leaders on organizational design, workforce transformation, and change management.
- Facilitate conversations with senior stakeholders, including Director-level leaders.
- Challenge assumptions, ask thoughtful questions, and provide structured recommendations based on business needs.
- Build strong relationships across HR and the business while navigating a complex, matrixed environment.

Project & Consulting Delivery:

- Support an established workforce transformation program by leading assigned organizational effectiveness activities and deliverables.
- Break ambiguous business and organizational problems into structured components and develop practical solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and complex problem-solving sessions with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Develop executive-ready presentations, recommendations, and communication materials using PowerPoint.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to senior audiences.
- Manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and adapt approaches as project requirements evolve.

What You Need to Succeed

Must-Have Qualifications:

- 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in areas such as:




- Organizational Effectiveness
- Organizational Design
- Change Management
- Workforce Transformation
- Management Consulting
- Strategy or Transformation
- Demonstrated end-to-end Change Management experience, including developing and implementing change strategies and plans.
- Proven experience supporting Workforce Transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience in Organizational Design, including advising on organizational structures, operating models, roles, and ways of working.
- Experience partnering directly with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to understand business challenges and develop organizational solutions.
- Experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders, including Director-level leaders.
- Strong consulting and structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate complex business problems into actionable recommendations.
- Solid communication, presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
- Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to develop polished, executive-ready presentations and recommendations.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

- Management consulting experience, particularly from a Big 4 consulting firm such as:
- Deloitte
- KPMG
- PwC
- EY
- Candidates with 1-2 years of consulting experience combined with strong relevant organizational effectiveness experience will be highly valued.
- Financial Services/Banking experience is an asset, but consulting experience is more strongly prioritized.
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation programs.
- Experience advising senior HR and business leadership teams.
- Experience working within large, complex, matrixed organizations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- The ideal candidate is a consultative organizational effectiveness professional who can sit alongside an HRBP, understand the underlying business problem, and determine what organizational change is required.
- They should be able to move comfortably between strategy and execution,from having a conversation with a Director about an organizational challenge, to designing an organizational model, developing a change strategy, creating an executive PowerPoint deck, and helping stakeholders implement the recommended solution.
- Candidates with a management consulting background, particularly Big 4 consulting experience, are strongly preferred.
- Direct financial services experience is beneficial but is not required if the candidate has strong consulting, organizational design, workforce transformation, and change management experience.
