Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and caring Montessori‑trained educator who is highly organized, self‑motivated, and eager to inspire young learners. The ideal candidate is patient, proactive, and compassionate, with a robust ability to work collaboratively within a team‑oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Co‑lead a Casa Montessori classroom, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with teaching partners and staff to support student development.
- Guide students using Montessori principles, encouraging independence and curiosity.
- Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents to support learning goals.
- Adapt to challenges, problem‑solve, and plan lessons in a structured yet flexible manner.
- Maintain an organized and stimulating classroom that reflects Montessori philosophy.
Qualifications & Skills
- MACTE‑accredited Montessori diploma (Toddler Level)
- Experience in a Montessori setting (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team‑player mentality, with a passion for early childhood education.
