ESS Metron is seeking a Production & Operations Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team in a fast-paced shop setting. You will analyze orders, schedules, and materials to optimize workflows across laser cutting, punching, pressing, welding, and painting.
You will train and mentor staff, perform evaluations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet quality, safety, and production targets. A strong emphasis on safety policy adherence and continuous improvement is required.
