Our client is seeking an experienced Network Administrator to support their network operations team. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day operational support, troubleshoot network issues, configure new network equipment, and help maintain a reliable production environment across multiple sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on networking and operational support, with the possibility of converting to a full‑time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day network administration and operational support.
- Respond to break/fix incidents and restore network services.
- Configure and deploy new network devices.
- Support new site deployments and network expansions.
- Assist with replacement and configuration of Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN (ION) appliances.
- Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, wireless, and SD-WAN connectivity issues.
- Work closely with the internal networking team to maintain service availability.
- Document configurations and operational changes.
- Experience supporting enterprise network environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a technical team.
