Responsibilities

- Own monthly financial close and reporting, including revenue recognition, accruals, and work‑in‑progress (WIP)
- Review monthly P&Ls; and Balance Sheets and explain variances against forecasts
- Prepare monthly reporting packages for global consolidation in accordance with corporate reporting requirements
- Analyze various schedules within global reporting package to ensure flows and controls are validated
- Support annual budgeting and ongoing re‑forecasting processes
- Enter budgets and update forecasts in global reporting tools
- Lead semi‑annual intercompany reconciliations, resolving discrepancies across global entities
- Consolidate divisional financial statements,



including capital expenditures and deductible/non‑deductible expense schedules
- Collaborate with tax consultants in the preparation of corporate tax returns
- Deliver insightful analysis and value‑added reporting to support executive decision‑making
- Support internal and external audits, including coordination and documentation
- Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations

Qualifications & Experience

- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with full month‑end close, financial reporting, and FP&A;
- CPA, CA, or CMA designation required
- Experience in a creative or agency environment is an asset
- Bilingualism (English & French) is an asset
- Knowledge of Agresso (Unit4) is an asset, but not required
- Strong ability to present financial information to non‑financial stakeholders
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
- Corporate tax knowledge (e.g., provision calculations, SR&ED; credits) is an asset

The base salary range for this position is CAD $80,000 to $110,000, with final compensation determined based on factors such as work location, skills, experience, and background.
