This hands-on position demands your expertise in operating production equipment and formulating chemical products. You will also participate in safety training while optimizing processes and maintaining high standards throughout each batch.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and blend chemical formulations according to guidelines
• Monitor and operate production equipment during cycles
• Conduct routine QA/QC checks on products
• Document performance metrics and batch data
• Help coordinate shipping and production logistics
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years in production or chemical processing
• Experience with batching and formulation techniques
• Familiar with SOPs and production documentation
• Skills in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Capacity to lift 50lbs
