Echelon Insurance is hiring a Vendor Quality Assurance Specialist dedicated to enhancing operational compliance. This role emphasizes vendor performance assessments and adherence to best practices in claims operations.
As part of the Quality Assurance team, you'll report to the Unit Manager and require 3-5 years in the industry. Your responsibilities will revolve around reviewing claims files, maintaining compliance documentation, and performing call quality assessments to promote exceptional customer service. Championing continuous improvement within the Claims Department is also crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct operational reviews of claims files
• Document adherence to regulatory compliance
• Perform call quality reviews to evaluate customer interactions
• Oversee audit processes for compliance maintenance
• Participate in special projects as required
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in Property and Casualty insurance
• Familiarity with file review processes and reporting
• Understanding of compliance regulations and workflows
• Preferred education in Insurance Management or Business Administration
• CIP / FCIP designation or progress towards it is a plus
