Our large retail client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator/Manager to support the execution of in-store marketing initiatives and digital asset deployment across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the production and delivery of in-store print collateral and digital assets.
- Manage project timelines, schedules, and key milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, and Operations.
- Liaise with vendors, print partners, and external agencies to ensure timely execution.
- Track project progress, identify risks,
and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure assets are reviewed, approved, and delivered according to deadlines.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of project coordination experience, preferably within retail, marketing, or consumer goods.
- Experience managing print and/or digital marketing projects.
- Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools is an asset
