- 8+ years of experience in Data Analysis, with strong experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and prepare detailed analysis and requirements documentation.
- Strong expertise in SQL with hands-on experience working across relational and non-relational database environments.
- Proven ability to analyze business requirements and current-state processes to translate them into transparent and actionable IT requirements.
- Working knowledge of data modeling, database schema structures, data mapping, and data transformation concepts.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business, technical, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience bridging the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure data and reporting solutions align with business objectives.
